In Bangla, a 'bdeshi' is a foreigner. This is the constant cry I heard every time I passed a Bangladeshi on rickshaw, which I did at the rate of about 3 per second, in this country which is the most densely populated in the world!

This was a place of very few bdeshis but very friendly locals! A place of political chaos and a place where someone white like me was a very rare commodity! I went to visit my friends Gav & Cristy and see the incredible work they were doing with Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed.
What an amazing place; I'd been to India and travelled through South America but nothing can prepare you for the 'intensity' that is Bangladesh.
