I filled up with fuel on Sunday and thought you'd appreciate this photo - it might make you feel good for 5 minutes (that's 99.9 pence a litre).
The strangest thing is that when I was in the USA I encountered moral outrage because fuel prices were nudging an all time high of US$3.50 a gallon (still below half UK price). Also, I know that in Australia the Herald Sun would print between 4-6 pages less every day if it didn't report on fuel prices.
I've never once read, heard or seen anything in the UK press about fuel prices! The poor old London consumer conditioned to accept being ripped off without complaint. At least in the case of fuel we can hope it will make them consider their carbon footprint!

Not sure I could be wrong becuase it's a while since I've filled up in the UK.....but what does Unleaded 95 mean? Is that the Octane level rating? I'm quite sure that's not what you're putting in the Mazda 6? 95 Octane fuel would be considerably higher even over here in the consumer heaven we call North America!!!
