From Thursday last week I spent 4 days on my back in bed with the flu (not manflu). I'm only just getting better now. Anna moved out to the spare bedroom and did the 'single parent' thing, with the help of Penny & Godfrey!
I managed to read Jonathan Aitken's 'Pride and Perjury' while I was ill. What an amazing story. It was emotional for me reading about the birth of his twin girls - and interesting that the chap who helped me get into politics was mentioned a couple of times.
