Today Parliament adjourned. Let the summer recess begin! A period of about 10 weeks when MP's lie on the beach in Spain work in their constituency and researchers drink tax payer subsidied beer on Parliament's terrace start intensive research projects.
I believe things kick off again sometime in October.....to far away to think about now.
Happily this is my 3rd summer recess at Westminster.
* That gag about Spain / taxpayer subsidised beer was just that; a joke!
